These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pradeep E World website and coaching services. By booking a coaching program, you agree to these terms.
Services
Pradeep E World FZ-LLC provides one-on-one online lifestyle performance coaching services. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. The specific services included in each program are as described in the relevant package at the time of purchase.
Booking and Payment
Coaching programs are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances and will provide reasonable notice.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, completing agreed-upon actions between sessions, and engaging honestly and openly in the coaching process. Coaching outcomes depend significantly on client commitment and effort.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal counsel. If you require therapeutic support, we recommend consulting a licensed professional.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and resources provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Pradeep E World FZ-LLC. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Pradeep E World FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant coaching program.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
